It is ideal for a family or 2 couples. The house offers garden and terrasse south west facing.
The house comprises a large room )43 m2) with high ceilling, a mezaninne which is the fisrt bedroom with a double bed. This space can be seperated by a black out curtain if necessary. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen although separate from the living area has a large opening making it part of the space. A corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and bath and an separated WC.
The second sleeping area is an independant bedroom with a double bed, shower and WC.

Please note that for safety and insurance reasons the wood stove cannot be used. A brazier and an outdoor fireplace are at your disposal. The house is equipped with electric radiators.
The house is non-smoking.
There is no television, but there is a large TV screen to which you can connect your computer.
