The house is very bright. The living room dining room benefits for example from a double exposure through two large picture windows .
The kitchen is directly connected to the terrace and is supplemented by a back kitchen on interior courtyard .
Night part: two rooms benefit from a bathroom private adjoining room for more privacy, completely renovated in 2020.
An enlargement has been achieved in 2019 including a dormitory of 20m2 (built-in closet) where all the children meet during the holidays, a large master bedroom of 16m2 (built-in closet) , and a large 10m bathroom.

Enjoy a vacation without cars. Park them for free in front of the house. Everything is accessible by foot or bike. By foot it will take you less than 2 min to go to the beach and barely 5 min to go to the city center (country market, supermarket, fairground).
By bike, you will need around15 minutes to reach La couarde or Saint Martin for an ice cream on the harbourg
