The house is comfortable and has a garage for bicycles and 1 car in secure covered parking.
Possibility of parking also in secure private for 1 vehicle and in front of the house on the street for 2 vehicles.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed for heating at 29 . The effective temperature of the water in our pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
