Our house is located in the heart of Loix, a small village full of charm. You will be close to shops and the market (500m) which takes place every day in season, and 900m from the beach (access in less than 5 minutes by the cycle paths that pass in front of the house and cross the nature reserves).
Completely renovated in 2020, it offers all the necessary comfort. It is south-facing with sunny terraces and garden. Large 5mx10m swimming pool completely renovated in 2024, heated from the beginning of June or even Easter depending on the outside temperature, with alarm (without curtain).

You can enjoy a heated salt pool (Easter to the end of September) and secured by an alarm (there is no roller shutter), you rest in a pleasant landscaped garden entirely enclosed by walls, not overlooked and facing due south, all in a very quiet environment.
Large sunny garden and flowery courtyard with trees (400m²) with wooden terrace and stone terrace in which you will have at your disposal deckchairs around the swimming pool, two garden furniture sets, a barbecue, a plancha, a brazier, and a ping-pong table.
The house is equipped with Wifi.
Parking for 3 vehicles is possible on the plot.
