Two guest rooms with separate WC and shower room in an independent part of a large house - with access to a private 12x6m swimming pool - garden table - house located 200m from Sauzes beach (between Gollandieres beach and Pas des Boeufs beach) - and less than 500m from shops.

Equipment

A refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave are provided, as well as a garden table, chairs, and a set of plates, bowls, and cutlery. Bed linen is provided. Breakfast is not included.

Price for the entire property (2 bedrooms, WC, shower room): In May: €100 per night on weekdays, €130 per night on Pentecost weekend, Ascension weekend: €400 for 3 nights or €460 for 4 nights. In June: €100 per night on weekdays, €130 per night on weekends. In July and August: €150 per night. In September: €100 per night. Optional breakfast: €10 per person. Tourist tax: €1.65 per day per adult.
