The house also has two bathrooms and two toilets, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. A garage is available, and parking is possible within the property, offering added convenience. - 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
Tourist tax not included: 1.65 Euros/night/adult
Booking fee not included: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental not included:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person for linens including beach towels.
Cancellation insurance is offered at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation conditions and refund procedures is available upon request.
