The deposit at the reservation of 35% is the day of your reservation.
Balance of the rental payment is to be given on the 1st day of your arrival or 1 week before your arrival in the case of bank transfer.
A form of end-of-stay cleaning is of 150 euros will be the responsibility of the tenants and to be paid upon your arrival. You will also be asked for a check for 1000 euros for the guarantee. For a stay of one week, a discount of 10% is granted to you and for 15 days of stay, the discount is 15%.
If you wish, you can also manage the household linen and cleaning and thus , the 150 euros payable by customers will not be asked of you. Linen rental can be done via loclinge.com.

A play park is 1.7 km away (5 min by bike) is close to the sea and is an ideal place for children. It is a wooded place with play structures, picnic tables, a basketball court and weight machines...
The media library is next to the house and activities are offered there.
For your travels, a free electric shuttle is at your disposal and runs every hour. Two of the stops of this shuttle are 200 m from the house. This allows you to travel for small and medium trips in the village of Sainte Marie de Re and to reach the bus stop to go to La Rochelle or to go to other towns on the island of Re.
Des parking lots (paid) are close to the house and others further away are free.
