From the entrance, the large outdoor patio sets the tone: gas plancha and dining table for aperitifs and grills.

- A laundry room with washing machine and water point,
- An outdoor toilet.

Inside, the house is a sweet blend of authenticity, comfort, and well-being.

The house is composed on the ground floor:
- a large fitted and equipped kitchen open to the dining room,
- then a cozy living room with fireplace, with a large TV, a DVD player, various board games and of course a Wifi Box.

A second patio with Chilean leads to an annex/outbuilding including a 1st bedroom (bed 140 x 190) and its private bathroom and toilet.

On the upper floor of the house:
- a 2nd bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with large wardrobes, its private bathroom and its separate toilet,
- a corridor with a large library and cupboards allows you to access a 3rd bedroom (bed 140 x 190), with a desk and a bathtub, then to a 4th bedroom, in a row (2 single beds 90x200 and 90x190), with shower room and toilet.
