Welcome to "La Cabane Do Re," ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde-sur-Mer, just a few minutes' walk from the village center, cycle paths, and beaches. This traditional house on the Île de Ré is perfect for your holidays with family or friends. Classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. Short stays are possible upon request, with 3 or 4 bedrooms, excluding school holidays. Upon entering, you'll find a leafy outdoor patio furnished with a gas griddle and dining table for drinks and barbecues. Sun loungers, deck chairs, and a parasol are provided for relaxation, along with bicycle storage. The outbuildings include: - A closed summer/winter living room with two sofas and coffee tables, opening onto the patio; - A laundry room with a washing machine and sink; - An outdoor toilet. Inside, the house offers a delightful blend of authenticity, comfort, and well-being, with parquet flooring and exposed stone walls. The house comprises, on the ground floor: - a large, fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, with access to the terrace; - a welcoming living room with a large TV, DVD player, various board games, and of course, a Wi-Fi box. From the living room, a second patio with a deck chair leads to an annex/outbuilding comprising a first bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm) with its own shower room and toilet. Upstairs: - a second bedroom (queen bed 160 x 200 cm) with large wardrobes, its own shower room, and a separate toilet; - a hallway with a large bookcase and cupboards leads to a third bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm) with a desk and a bathtub, and then to a fourth bedroom, adjoining the first (two single beds). 90x200 and 90x190), with shower room and toilet.

Rental from Sunday to Sunday, or Saturday to Saturday, depending on the week. Fortnightly rentals are preferred in summer. Contact us for short stays and long weekends. Security deposit: €2000. 2026 weekly rates: - April (April 4th to 28th): €1500 - May and June (May 4th to July 4th): €1600 to €2000 - Summer holidays (July 4th to August 31st): €2500 to €3200 - September: €1600. In addition, the applicable tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning are charged. Upon request, a quote for complete linens (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels), with beds made upon arrival, is available for an additional fee. Essentials are provided in the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products and utensils). We also offer additional concierge services during your stay: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, grocery shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and cultural events, etc.), upon request.
