Weekly rates for 2026: Easter holidays (April 4th to May 3rd): €1800; May and June (May 3rd to July 3rd): Special offer - €1900 per week - 3-night short stays possible; July (July 26th to August 2nd, 2026): €2800; September and October (August 31st to October 18th): €1900 per week - 3-night short stays possible. In addition, the applicable tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning are charged. On request. A complete linen package (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels), with beds made upon arrival, is available at an additional cost. Basic necessities are provided in the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products, and cleaning utensils). We also offer additional concierge services during your stay: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, grocery shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and cultural events, etc., upon request.
