- and an adjoining laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.

A corridor leads to 4 beautiful bedrooms, with large wardrobes:
- a separate toilet with washbasin,
- a bathroom/shower room with shower and bathtub,
- a 1st bedroom of 13m², "Poissons bleus", with a double bed 180x200 (or 2 single beds), console,
- a 2nd bedroom of 12m², "Poissons dores", with a double bed 180x200, console and armchair,
