Entirely renovated house of 53m2, which can accommodate 4 people, located in a 3-star residence with heated swimming pool (15x7) from the beginning of April to the end of September, 100m from one of the largest beaches on the island (supervised in high season), and 300m from the village center and the market.
Enclosed terrace of 25 m2 not overlooked, facing west to enjoy the sun until the end of the day.

For information, at the beginning of 2021 we have just completely redone the bathroom and the kitchen, as well as all the floors. Also new bedding in the large bedroom and a new sofa for the living room.
