La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this single-story, 3-star rated house with 3 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for 8 people, featuring a brand new private spa. The house is fully renovated and equipped, with a large courtyard and a terrace. Ideally located 200m from the sea.

Cycle paths are in the immediate vicinity for exploring the other villages of Île de Ré.
A few minutes by bike: access to all the shops, restaurants and large beaches of Rivedoux.

Bright and ideally located in the pine forest of the peaceful village of Rivedoux-Plage, the house has a spa, a very large terrace and a sandy garden, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.
Young and old alike can freely enjoy this large space under the pine trees!
All the comforts await you with the garden furniture at your disposal.

A living room/lounge and fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden: large table, 8 chairs, coffee table, armchair, television, TV stand, TV box and Internet, WIFI.
