- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Booking fee: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental not included: 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Beach towels not provided. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances.
