The house is made up of four bedrooms including a master suite, a double bedroom, a children's bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and an annexed master suite.

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine -crockery, fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer.

Outside, a pleasant furnished courtyard invites you to share moments of conviviality around a meal or peacefully seated in the deckchairs.

You can park your vehicles outside exterior in the immediate vicinity of the house (paid parking in season - around 50 euros/week).

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,400 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,700 Euros/week
- High season: 2,100 Euros/week
- Very high season: 2,900 Euros/week

Weekend rental (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Administration fee: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Beach towels not provided.
