Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, or Saturday to Saturday, depending on the week. Extended weekends are possible; please contact us. All linens are provided (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels), with beds made upon arrival. Security deposit: €4,000. 2026 weekly rates: - Easter holidays (April 4th to May 3rd): €4,300 - May and June (May 4th to July 4th): €4,500 to €5,500 - Summer holidays (July 4th to August 30th): €5,700 to €6,700 - September and October (August 30th to October 17th): €3,700 to €4,500. In addition, there is a fixed tourist tax, a 5-star rating, and end-of-stay cleaning fee. During your stay, we offer the following additional concierge services: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and culture, etc., upon request. A welcome booklet is available in the house, as well as tourist brochures (maps and cycling routes, events, etc.). Basic necessities are provided in the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products and utensils). Pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking; ashtrays are available outside.
