LEA is a completely new single storey holiday villa designed around a sunny landscaped garden with heated pool (size : 9 x 5 m). Thanks to large sliding glass doors, the living room opens onto a sunny terrace which is another outdoor living area, perfect for your BBQ. This villa has a separate sleeping area:
in the main house, 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets. In the annex,1 bedroom with shower room and toilet.
A large entrance (toilet + laundry) adds to the comfort of this pleasant villa which, by its recent design can accommodate people with limited mobility.
You will simply appreciate this villa, easy to live with children, for a peaceful and comfortable stay on the Ile de Re.

Out of the peak season, the villa can be rented for maximum 6 guests at a reduced price.

In the bedrooms, the bedding is new, for the 3 double beds (180 x 200 cm) and 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm).

Rental periods and rates:
- from April 5 to June 27, 2025: 1,700 Euros / week (for 6 people max) or 2,250 Euros for (10 people max)
- from June 24 to July 4, 2025: 3,100 Euros / week
and
- from July 5 to August 29, 2025: 3,650 Euros / week (in high season we prefer stays of 2 weeks minimum)
- from August 30 to September 5, 2025: 3,100 Euros / week
- from September 6 to November 8, 2025: 1,700 Euros (for 6 people max, 3 bedrooms) or 2,250 Euros / week (for 10 people max)

In addition to these rates, there is the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 180 Euros
and tourist taxes (determined by the number of guests and the chosen period).

Optional: household linen, 33 Euros per person
Beds made on arrival: 8 Euros per room

30% deposit upon reservation. Balance 1 month before arrival.
Deposit requested by bank check: 1,800 Euros
