In a very quiet street in the centre of Ars, our house ideally welcomes up to seven people.
The market and the centre (bakery, catering, church) are within walking distance.
Ground floor: a large lounge/dining room/kitchen (55m2) widely open to the courtyard, and two independent bedrooms, each with a sink, shower and toilet.
On the first floor: a parental bedroom (35m2), a bedroom and a bathroom.

Rental period from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY
July + August: RENTAL ONLY BY WEEK.

In the house, on the ground floor:
- Large lounge-dining room-kitchen (55m2). Fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

In the house, upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 2 beds of 90
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 80
- A bathroom with bath and WC
In the courtyard:
- Outdoor sink

- Bedroom 4: a 140 cm bed, sink, shower, WC
CAUTION: THE ENTRANCE AND THE STORAGE ROOM DOORS ARE TOO NARROW TO ALLOW A BICYCLE TRAILER TO PASS THROUGH.

KEY DELIVERY FEE (MANDATORY): 30 EUROS
CLEANING COSTS (MANDATORY): 100 EUROS

Possibility of providing household linen (sheets, towels): 16€/person NOT INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RATE

End of stay house cleaning included

Our hostess on site (she lives nearby) will welcome you and take care of your departure. She also takes care of the departure cleaning.

January, February, March, April, October, November, December: 1110Euros / week
During these months, possibility to book at night 140Euros / night, 3 nights minimum, cleaning €100 and keys handover €30 compulsory.

Spring, Easter and All Saints school holidays: 200 Euros supplement /week.

From October to April, for heating, electricity consumption is billed according to the actual consumption (Linky meter with remote reading of the consumption), approximately 15 Euros per day. Deposit of 15 Euros per day, and reimbursement of the overpayment, providing you with the Linky meter reading.

May, June, September: 1530 Euros / week .
During these months, possibility to book at the night 200Euros / night, 3 nights minimum, cleaning €100 and keys handover €30 compulsory. .

July-August: 2300 Euros / week

Possibility of availability of linen (bed sheets, towels): 20 Euros / person
