Office with Wifi. Small storeroom with washer and dryer.

You will have access to the whole house except some cupboards will be locked, as well as the garage (swimming pool pump) .

Basic foodstuffs, as well as cleaning products will be provided .

Bed sheets, Towels and kitchen towels are provided .
Beds made on your arrival.

From 3500 to 3780 € per week / Minimum 1 week

• Accommodation capacity: 6 people max.
• From Saturday to Saturday
• Arrival time between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and departure before 10:00 a.m.

One obligatory equipment/house deposit will be required = 3000 euros (to be paid on the day of entry to the premises).

> Deposit to be paid to block the reservation: 50% of the amount due
> Rental contract sent upon reservation
> 15 days before the start date of the stay: pay the remaining 50% of the amount.

IMPORTANT:
• Non-smoking house.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No parties allowed.

Cleaning is included in the price, despite everything we thank you for making the house clean and tidy, emptying the trash, cleaning the barbecue...
Also included are bed sheets, bath towels and tea towels kitchen (be careful not the beach towels)
