Located 10 minutes walk from the center of the village of La Noue, where you will discover its typical market, restaurants, bakery, fishmonger, tobacconist...
and 10 minutes walk from the beach and cycle paths.

The house is bright and warm, facing south, overlooking the swimming pool.
Small private garden with trees, all enclosed by a wall, with outdoor shower. No vis-à-vis.
The heated swimming pool of 8 x 3.5 m is secured by a motorized bar cover.
On the wooden terrace, you will have at your disposal a garden furniture with parasol, a large teak table sheltered by two shade sails, a barbecue and deckchairs.

Inside the house:
• 1 large living room of 60 m2, view of the swimming pool and terrace, with flat screen television, DVD player, and Canal

• 1 large separate kitchen of 20 m2 fully equipped:
Hob, large oven (Piano), microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nexpresso machine and classic coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster. As well as all the necessary dishes and utensils.

• 1 master suite with 160x200 bed, dressing room, double shower and WC.
• 2 bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed, closet, each bedroom opens onto a patio with trees
• Shower and separate WC.
• Office with Wifi.
• Small storeroom with washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board.

You will have access to the entire house except for some cupboards that will be locked, as well as the garage (pool pump).

Basic food items and cleaning products will be provided.

Bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are not included in the price and are to be paid directly to our concierge service.

IMPORTANT to know:
• Accommodation capacity: 6 people max.
• From Saturday to Saturday for 1 minimum week
• Arrival time on Saturday for inventory of fixtures between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Departure time on Saturday morning for inventory of fixtures before 10:00 a.m.

A mandatory equipment/house deposit will be required = 3000 euros (to be paid on the day of entry).
