- the end-of-stay cleaning package (mandatory)

- Rental of childcare equipment: travel cot, mattress, bathtub and high chair.
- Holiday and cancellation liability insurance (3.6% of the rental amount)
Additional:
- Application fees: 60 Euros
- Tourist tax, from January 1st to December 31st: 1.65 Euros per person and per adult (children under 18 are exempt).
- Electricity, for the period from October to April (consumption according to meter readings on arrival and departure).
