In the heart of the village of Saint Martin de Re, your ORPI agency offers you this historic residence of character, completely renovated.

The house is made up of four levels:

- on the ground floor, a living room with lounge and dining area, as well as an open kitchen

- on the first floor the landing serves a bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet

- on the second floor a master suite with a spacious bedroom, a shower room with toilet, a dressing room and a mezzanine with trundle beds (two single beds)

- in the first basement there is a table football, as well as a toilet.

The house was completely renovated in 2019, and has been tastefully decorated.

On the top floor you can enjoy an exceptional sea view from the mezzanine and the shower...

Please note that with the many levels and the snail-style stone staircase, This rental is not recommended for children under 8 years old.

Our animal friends are welcome.

A parking space can be rented in addition, in a secure basement 400 meters from the house (depending on availability).
