Ars- Village house with flowery courtyard

Typical village house whose entrance overlooks a small alley. We return by a pretty paved and flowery courtyard with a canopy and a table for 6 people for lunches in the shade. There is also a stone sink and a shower with hot water for after the beach. The living room and the kitchen / dining room overlook the courtyard. In the living room there is a big fireplace for the out-of-season evenings. In the kitchen, the table is planned for 6 people also, and you will find the details of the equipments below. The staircase starting from the living room distributes a landing with 2 rooms and a corridor with a third room, a room of shower and separate WC. The largest room with double exposure has a 160 cm bed for 2 people (divisible into 2 beds) and a large wardrobe. The adjoining room has 3 beds of 90 cm including 2 superimposed. And the 3rd has a bed of 140 cm for 2 people also. The rooms that do not have wardrobes have shelves or drawers and a double hook where you can suspend some hangers. At least, you can lock your bikes in the alley, there are 7 rings sealed in the wall for this purpose.

The house is equipped with internet / wifi, a Sony TV, a DVD player, a wifi speaker for music, firewood for the fireplace. In the kitchen, in addition to the basic equipment, you will find a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a Nespresso machine, and a coffee-filter machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender . In the cupboard under the stairs a vacuum cleaner and the necessary for the household. In the big room an iron and ironing board. The linen is provided but the towels are quite small (45x90 cm). You will find the instructions for the house when you arrive.

The house is located in a quiet street of the village, 200 meters from the shops and 300 meters from the church square where there is the post office and the cash machine, the press house, the bakery, the church and 2 cafes / restaurants. There is a municipal car park at the end of the street and Ars is a starting point for bike paths that cross the salt marshes and the bird sanctuary. At the end of this walk are the most beautiful beaches of the island (beaches of the Conche des Baleines). But for a quick swim before lunch for example, you have the beach of the village (La Grange) with a cafe restaurant (Les frères de la côte). attached to the instructions of the house, I will leave the list of my good places !
