Description

2-room apartment located near the harbor of St Martin de Re with the possibility of 1 private parking space (15 Euros per night).
Accommodation managed by a tourism professional.

Our teams respect barrier gestures.

End-of-stay cleaning must respect the following protocol:
- Ventilate the apartment
- Use disinfectant products
- Clean surfaces, handles, switches, sanitary facilities...

On arrival, instructions for ventilation of the apartment will be requested. (at least twice a day for 20 minutes)
- Respect barrier gestures
- Notify reception in case of symptoms.

Equipment

Comprising 1 entrance hall with cupboard/wardrobe, 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 kitchenette area (hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, crockery, dishwasher, toaster), 1 living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, TV, washing machine. Sheets and towels provided.
Cleaning by you at the end of your stay or otherwise a fixed price of 250 Euros for cleaning will be invoiced and debited from your bank card.
Wifi available in the common areas of the hotel only. Possibility of an optional parking space at 15 Euros per night.

from May 1 to July 5, 2024, then from Saturday August 31 to Saturday October 19 (130 Euros per night, rental with a minimum of 4 nights),
then from Saturday October 19 to Monday November 11, 2024 (150 Euros per night, rental with a minimum of 4 nights)

Tourist tax 0.99 Euros per day per day person
