On the other hand, we have 14 beds and we can rent the villa for 14 people if there are small children.

-The house is in two bedroom areas with in the center, entrance, living room/kitchen, laundry room and WC.

-You arrive in a large living room of 80M2 where you will find the living room, the dining room and an open kitchen with a very contemporary central island.

– 3 spacious Suites from 25 to 30 m2.

-2 suites: Each of them has its double bed (160), its dressing room, its bathroom, WC and direct access to the garden or to an interior patio.
-1 suite with a double bed (160), and 2 beds (90), a bathroom, WC and dressing room with access to the patio.


Night space on the right side:

– 3 spacious Suites from 25 to 30 m2.
-1 suite with a double bed (160), bathroom, dressing room, WC with access to the garden
-1 suite with two with 2 beds 90, bathroom, dressing room, WC with access to the patio
-1 master suite with shower room and bathroom, dressing room and WC with access to the patio.

The villa is ideally located: it is located 2 min walk from the sea and 5 min by bike or car from the charming little village of Sainte-Marie de Re-La Noue where you can go for a walk and rent bikes


Cleaning is mandatory and will be charged to you in addition in the amount of 450 Euros to be given to the concierge company or to the person welcoming you on your arrival.

Household linen is optional in the amount of 190 Euros to be notified to us when renting and to be given to the concierge company or to the person welcoming you on your arrival.
