Ideally located, our villa, on one level, without vis-à-vis, and completely renovated in 2019, allows to relax in peace while being close to the port (500m) and the beach (350m). The superb thalassotherapy center Le Richelieu is 350 m from the house for those who want to do some care during their stay.
A closed court allows to park 2 vehicles in the enclosure and your bicycles.
The outdoor living space is located at the back of the house with a wooden terrace. You can relax by the pool facing south and heated from April holidays to Halloween, depending on the weather.
On the side of the house, a plancha is at your disposal .
Our villa includes a large living room, with its open kitchen, dining room, lounge with television, and 2 sofas. We have installed a relaxation area under the veranda or meridienne and small round table will allow you to relax, read, draw Our dining room table measures 2.5 m and can easily accommodate 10/12 people. You will also be able to use the portable Bluetooth speaker that we put at your disposal. The night area, well isolated from the main living space, can accommodate 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. It gives 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room and a bathroom / shower. The bath can be very useful when you have children. Practical side, a second toilet is located in the space day of the house al entry.

- Bedroom 4: bed of 160 by 200, possibility of converting into 2 separate single beds of 80 by 200, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a rack with hangers to hang your clothes, swimming pool view.
For those who like absolute black, in addition to the shutters, we have added blackout curtains in each room.

Mathieu or Fabienne will welcome you at the villa between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., departure will be before 10 a.m.
Insurance: you must contract with your insurance company, a multi-risk insurance to protect you against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire for example)

From 1550 to 5650 € per week / Minimum 4 nights

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,550 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,650 Euros/week - Exceptional discount at 2,170 euros/week during the All Saints' Day holidays!
- High season: 3,950 Euros/week
- Very high season: 5,650 Euros/week

Weekend rental (4 nights minimum):
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 1.65 Euros/night/adult
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat bath and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival. Pool towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
