The swimming pool is heated from the 1st April to October 16.
Removable barriers are installed in front of the swimming pool, for the safety of children, an alarm is also in service for security.

American kitchen equipped with an American refrigerator, ceramic hob with integrated meat grill, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, Dining room-living room, with a convertible sofa (sleeps 2 people), 2 bay windows with pocket opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. Carefully decorated "sea" theme.

Bedroom 1: 1 TEMPUR 160 bed, large closet and private bathroom with WC.
Bedroom 2: 1 TEMPUR 160 bed, large closet, view of the flowered patio. Bedroom 3: 1 140/200 bed with an extra 90/200 bed, large closet.
