Payment Terms:
- A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required upon booking.
- The remaining balance is due one month prior to the start of the rental period, payable by any method convenient to you.
- For bookings made less than one month before the arrival date, the full amount is due and payable by credit card or bank transfer only on the booking date.


In case of cancellation 15 days before the rental date, 50% of the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

A security deposit of 500 euros, not cashed, is required upon arrival and returned upon your departure, unless there has been significant damage to the property (furniture, equipment). In that case, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit, and the balance will be returned to you with the corresponding invoices.
