Payment conditions:
- Payment of 30% of the total rental amount will be requested upon reservation.

- For reservations less than one month before the date of entry into the premises, the total amount will be due and payable only by credit card or transfer on the reservation date.


In case of cancellation 15 days before the rental date, 50% of the 30% is not refunded.

A CHECK DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS, not cashed, is requested upon arrival, and returned upon your departure, unless there has been significant deterioration of the property (furniture, equipment) the cost of repairs is then deducted from the amount of the deposit, and the balance is returned to you with the invoices corresponding to the deduction.
