Description

Bright house, full feet, very well maintained. Large enclosed garden, calm and without vis-à-vis. Near the center of the village and its shops and close to the beach. The house, facing south, is bathed in light.
The house, ideal for 4 people, consists of a large equipped kitchen open to the dining room / veranda and the spacious living room; two bedrooms: one bedroom with parental bed 160x200 cm. and its private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) / a room with two beds 80x200 cm and a separate bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet). The washing machine is in the attached garage.
This house has the neat decoration will seduce you with its modern but warm atmosphere and tranquility; perfect for a family or a group of friends. The garden is walled and you have the possibility to enter a car.

Located in Saint-Clement-des-Baleines, in a quiet street on the edge of Chabot. Oriented south, not vis-à-vis, unobstructed view of a large field. Shops (daily market in high season, bakery, supermarket, tobacco, restaurants, bike rental and bus stop) in the center of the village at 250m. You can choose between several very beautiful sandy beaches: the wild coast or the Conche ( 5 minutes by bicycle). Golf, horse riding, kite surfing and bike trails nearby.
The house is located close to the ornithological reserve Lilleau des Niges and salt marshes, do not hesitate to visit them by bike!
