At 60 meters of l'Amarrée, a typical small house with a 100sq meter private garden, entirely constructed in 2019. In 2021 a second project added a real living room with fireplace to it. The 2 houses are not close to each another.

1/ THE CABANON
In a private garden of stone walls, the Cabanon is in the heart of the little village while totally hidden at the bottom of a small venelle (small alley).

1/ L'AMARRÉE
In the heart of the center of the village of Portes, at the edge of the pedestrian part but enjoying the calm of an alley (dead end).

L'AMARRÉE and the CABANON are both:
5 minutes walking from the beach of Gros Jonc. 10 minutes in bike from the Petit bec beach. 15 minutes in bike from Patache beach.
Market every Morning during the summer.
