Located on the island of Ré, in one of the oldest villages on the island (Sainte-Marie-De-Re), Clos des Pertuis is a luxurious architect-designed villa of 350 m2, offering exceptional volumes for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, for a total capacity of 15 beds (10 adults and 5 children maximum). Decorated in an elegant style and bathed in light, it offers large volumes with seamless indoor and outdoor transitions through large bay windows that lead to a patio on one side and to a terrace, a garden and a magnificent swimming pool on the other side. The villa has the largest swimming pool on the island (100 m2), which is heated from mid-May to September.

Regularly ranked among France’s favourite destinations, the island of Ré offers, with its immaculate white sand beaches, an idyllic haven on the Atlantic coast for gourmets, wave enthusiasts and cyclists.

The house offers high quality equipment, especially a soundproofed cinema room with professional screen, video games, wi-fi, large flat televisions, dressing room in the master bedroom, en-suite bathrooms, fireplace. The concierge offers additional services on request, such as towels and bed linen rental (the beds will be made for you before arrival), end-of-stay cleaning, bikes hire or additional baby equipment for absolute tranquility.

- Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning: extra 300 euros.

The nearest beach (Montamer Beach) is at the end of the street (200m away) and the villa is 400m away from the central square of the village (La Noue, Sainte-Marie-De-Ré), where a small daily market is held in season. On the village square, you will also find several shops (bakery, fishmonger, cheesemonger, wine shop), restaurants and services (bike rental). Thanks to its proximity to the island’s bridge, the house is 20 mins away from La Rochelle airport, and 30 mins away from the train station.
