The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, for a total capacity of 16 beds (10 adults and 6 children maximum). Decorated in an elegant Rhetish style and bathed in light, it offers large volumes that can be separated from view interior and exterior, through windows-doors omnipresent, opening on a patio, a terrace, a garden or a magnificent swimming pool. The villa has the largest swimming pool on the island (100 m2), which is heated from mid-May to September .

Regularly ranked among the favorite destinations of the French, the island of Re offers, with its immaculate white sand beaches, an idyllic haven on the Atlantic coast for gourmets, wave enthusiasts and cyclists.

The house offers high quality equipment, especially a soundproofed cinema with professional screen, video games, wi-fi, large flat televisions, dressing room in the master bedroom, en-suite bathrooms, fireplace. The nearest beach (Montamer Beach) is at the end of the street, 200m, and the villa is 400m from the center of La Noue, Sainte-Marie-De-Re, where is held a small daily market (in season ) as well as several shops, restaurants and services (bike rental). Thanks to its proximity to the bridge, the house is 20 mins from La Rochelle airport, and 30 mins from the train station.
