The villa has the largest swimming pool on the island (100 m2), which is heated from mid-May to September .

The nearest beach (Montamer Beach) is at the end of the street, 200m, and the villa is 400m from the center of La Noue, Sainte-Marie-De-Re, where is held a small daily market (in season ) as well as several shops, restaurants and services (bike rental). Thanks to its proximity to the bridge, the house is 20 mins from La Rochelle airport, and 30 mins from the train station.
