Rates including tourist tax: May €600 / June/September €750 / week / July €900 / week / August 1st to 15th €1400 / August 16th to 29th €1200 / week. Nightly rentals are possible, minimum two nights, €200 per night, excluding July and August. A 30% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival and payment by check. A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival. Check-in is Saturday from 2 pm, check-out is Saturday by 10 am. For everyone's comfort and respect, we wish to keep this house non-smoking. Thank you for your understanding. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
