There is a bathtub and it will be available to you a child seat and an umbrella bed for the little ones

A fully equipped kitchen with central island (Robots, Nespresso, fruit press, kitchen tools, pots, dishes, wine glasses, flutes and champagne bucket, cutlery varies, a service for everyday life in large quantities)
The central piece separates voluntarily both parental bedrooms and the other 3 bedrooms.
Three independent patios .
Access to the garage will be equipped with a private petanque court!
The house is equipped with all modern comforts (television, wifi, DVD, some games for children but also an American fridge with ice machine, barbecue, plancha, etc ..) and decorated soberly!

The proposed rate includes a personalized welcome and end-of-stay cleaning.
I am at your disposal for any additional concierge service and/or transmission of specific requests (baby sitting, provisions for your arrival, beach towels, pre-reservation of bicycle, etc.)!
For this first year of rental, we have planned three rates.
For the first 8 days of July and the last 8 days of August: 4000 Euros per week.
From July 7 to August 23: 5000 Euros per week.
The house can also be rented for weekends.
For the ALL SAINTS' and EASTER holidays, the sum of 2800 Euros per week.
Reservations will be made by priority, fortnightly in the summer.
