Access to the garage will be equipped with a private petanque court!
The house is equipped with all modern comforts (television, wifi, DVD, some games for children but also an American fridge with ice machine, barbecue, plancha, etc ..) and decorated soberly!

The proposed rate includes an individualized reception and end of stay cleaning. I am at your disposal for any additional concierge service and / or specific requests (baby sititing, food for your arrival, beach towels, pre-reservation of bike, etc)!
For this first year of rental, we have planned three rates .
For the first 15 days of July and the last 15 days of August: 4000 Euros the week .
From July 14 to August 15: 4500 Euros the week .
The house can also be rented for weekends .
For the holidays of the TOUSSAINT and EASTER, the sum of 2800 Euros the week .
The reservations will be made by priority, by fortnight l summer.
