The house is warm, pleasant to live in and functional. It's our year-round home so everything is very comfortable.

In the house, there is a large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV corner, all opening onto the south-facing terrace with its bioclimatic pergola.
Plus another living room with a piano (Kemble), also opening onto the terrace
In one part of the house, you will find the master bedroom, the South (30m2 / 180x200 bed), which is also a wellness room (with several designer appliances sports), its bathroom, its dressing room and its private south-facing terrace overlooking the garden and direct access to the swimming pool from the bedroom.
In another part, you will find the Laurier bedroom (140x200 bed) with its bathroom, overlooking the swimming pool, a child's bedroom with a bed (90x190). Possibility of adding a second one.
And in the last part, the Fig Tree bedroom (160x200) with its bathroom and private terrace overlooking another part of the garden
There is also a laundry room.

The 3 independent living areas overlook the large living room.
This house therefore has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Ideal for 2 or 3 families
Underfloor heating throughout the house and stove in the living room.
A bioclimatic pergola has just been installed on the terrace.

The 1500m2 garden is very pleasant to live in for adults and children. There are games, ping-pong table etc.

The swimming pool (10mX4m) with its submerged shutter and its wooden terrace is heated
An outdoor kitchen is currently under construction and will be ready for summer 2024

There are our two adorable cats (Paula and Satine) who are on site. They are independent thanks to the cat flap.
Just thank you for feeding them.

All the beds are recent and of excellent quality.
A bioclimatic pergola has just been installed.
An outdoor kitchen is being built with a plancha and fridge.

The village of Loix is, for many, the friendliest on the Ile de Re. In summer, there are not the crowds of most villages. Its surroundings are magnificent and very wild.

In the artisanal village of Loix, there is a superb sports complex with clay tennis courts, squash, gym, club house, etc.
As well as shops (jewellery, clothing, bike rentals...)

There are 100km of cycle paths on the island and we can lend you our bikes. Our two sons (17 years old and 10 years old) provide their toys and books...
We can lend you baby accessories (cot, high chair, park...)
