Please note that for summer 2019, rentals can only be made from Monday, August 12th.

The minimum rental period in August is 2 weeks..
A 5% discount is applied to the second week for 2-week rentals.

Generally, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday - arrival 5 p.m., and departure 10 a.m.

Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included in the rental price in August, and beds are made upon arrival.
For other periods, a supplement of 25 Euros/person is required.

EDF consumption extra according to Enedis readings (0.23 Euros/kw) in September.

The swimming pool is heated from April 15th (subject to weather conditions) to the end of September.
In the interim period: April - May and September: supplement of 150 euros per week.

End-of-stay cleaning fee of 350 Euros (payable at the end of the stay).
Tourist taxes are also due at the end of the stay

Booking conditions:
30% deposit upon reservation by bank transfer and the balance one month before entering the premises.
Security deposit of 3,500 Euros (check not cashed and returned within 15 days of departure, subject to the exit inventory).

RATES FOR BOTH HOUSES: - price per week:
- August: 8,750 euros exit cleaning tourist taxes
- September: 6,500 euros / week exit cleaning exit tourist taxes

- Extended weekends (3 to 4 days) on request
