- Spring school holidays: 900 euros/week
- April, May, June, September (excluding school holidays): 800 euros/week
- Ascension weekend (from May 29 to June 1, 2025): 750Euros
For these periods mentioned above, prices include charges, including tourist tax (except April and May where heating charges are billed).
- School holidays Autumn, Christmas and February: 900 euros/week heating costs
- October, November, December, January, February, March (excluding school holidays): 800 euros/week heating costs

- Tourist taxes: included for 2 adults and according to the pricing of the community of communes of the Ile de Re
