Impasse pedestrian very quiet .
House on 2 levels, fully renovated in 2016, with a pleasant sunny courtyard of 13m2 .
First floor: 2 bedrooms and an alcove with velux. 2 double beds in 190x140 and 2 single beds in 190x70.
A cot umbrella available
Au floor: large living room, independent kitchen, bathroom / shower and private courtyard .
