800 to 2500 Euros per week (sheets and towels provided)
- from July 1st to August 30th: 2500 Euros/week
- Easter, All Saints' Day and Christmas holidays: 1,500 Euros/week
- periods outside school holidays: 800 Euros/week heating costs tourist tax (from April 1st to the end of September)

- Tourist tax calculated according to the current pricing of the community of communes of the Ile de Re

- Mandatory cleaning fee: 300 Euros refunded at the end of the stay after inventory if the house is returned clean according to our criteria
