Pretty house rethaise with a walled garden and a pavilion. Its exposure and its many windows make it very clear and agreeable. The house includes on the ground floor a large living room with a bay window overlooking the garden and a fireplace, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs two bedrooms one "the goelands" with bathroom (bath, shower, toilet), the other "seagulls" with bathroom (shower, toilet), overlooking a TERRACE-SOLARIUM a out of sight, also equipped with a shower for after bath .
The pavilion includes a downstairs dining-room open to the garden with fireplace-barbecue, hotplates and sink and upstairs the 3rd bedroom also with bathroom (shower, toilet). All rooms are independent .
We have a floor on the garden which gives a living space or games very pleasant (see photos)
A garden and a large table with its seats are at your disposal and chairs.

The house was fully renovated in July 2015 and everything is new or old furniture in very good condition .
The beds are large (2m by 0.90 or 1.80 if they are prepared in double beds). bed linen and towels provided .
The house is equipped with 1 bath, 4 showers, 4wc

The rental is per week on the basis of 1000Euros in low, 1600 on average, 2000 in High and 3000 in very high season. We make discounts for consecutive weeks of rental, to consult us. The household is done at the exit of each tenant. A housekeeper will come to take care of the house 3 hours a week; it is she who will receive you on your arrival and you will be able to agree with her the hours she will come. Its fees are included in the rental. We ask the third of the rental as a deposit at the time of booking. The balance and a deposit of 20% refunded at the end of stay are paid at the entrance to the premises.

The house is located in the heart of the doors Re, very close to the traders and the market but a little apart, overlooking the impasse Gorgebleu and the lane of the rentiers and thus it enjoys a great calm. It is near the bike paths of the woods and the reserve. The beaches and the sailing school are about 500 meters away
