The property is available for weekly rental, with rates ranging from €1,300 to €3,300 depending on the season.

An end-of-stay cleaning fee of €200 is payable by the tenants. Additional housekeeping services can also be arranged during your stay upon request.

A security deposit of €2,000 will be required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay.

The house is ideally located in the heart of Les Portes-en-Ré, close to the shops and market yet slightly set back, overlooking a quiet lane (impasse Gorgebleu) and the ruelle des Rentiers, ensuring a high level of tranquillity. It is also near the cycling paths through the woods and the nature reserve. The beaches and sailing school are approximately 700 metres away.
