"Chez Agnes" is a small family home located in the heart of the village of Portes en Re. From here, everything can be done on foot and amenities are close by. You are 200 meters from the village square and a supermarket, 250 meters from the first cycle paths and 900 meters from the beach.
The house is organized around a main room including a living room with fireplace, dining room and open kitchen. Adjoining this room, you will discover the bedroom (140x190 bed) as well as the bathroom.
A garage allows you to store your bikes as well as fishing and swimming equipment (not cars).
An unfenced garden at the front of the house allows you to park a car. A fully enclosed courtyard at the back is accessible from the garage and the master bedroom. It has a barbecue and garden furniture where you can enjoy the tranquility of the village, without being overlooked or adjoining.
