Entrance into the building via the south-facing terrace serving a living room with fireplace, a dining room with a bar (sink, refrigerator and breakfast area), a second living room with flat screen TV. Covered patio with large glass roof. Separate toilet.
Separate kitchen, fully fitted and equipped (a stove with 2 induction burners, 2 ceramic glass burners, 2 stainless steel griddles, a professional dishwasher, a sink, 3 stainless steel worktops with refrigerators, a combination oven, a microwave, dishes and kitchen utensils).
Upstairs, a corridor leads to 3 bedrooms:
- a bedroom with 3 single beds (3 x 90 cm) or modular beds (160 cm and 90 cm) with bathroom (shower, sink and bathtub) and private toilet, a dressing room
- a bedroom with a port view and a double bed (180 cm), desk and dressing room
- a bedroom with a port view and a double bed (140 cm)

Inside, the decoration is neat, modern, industrial and warm while retaining the charm of the old, notably via the exposed beams, large wooden table, luminous glass jacket, industrial lamps.
