_ Piece of life: this large room of 60m brings together a lounge area (two convertible sofa, LCD TV, TNT decoder, DVD player, fireplace ...), a space room -a-eat, and a kitchen area (large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso,). Antique furniture. The back kitchen has a washing machine, an electric dryer with condensation and maintenance equipment .

Two bay windows offer direct access to the south facing terrace .

On both sides of the living room you will find 5 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 200x160cm, 3 bedrooms with double beds 200x140cm, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 200x90cm. For the little ones, 3 baby beds will be at your disposal.

You will obviously find in the rooms duvets, blankets, pillows, bolsters and bath mats .

Most of our tenants prefer to pay a little less and bring their own linen. and optional towels .

If you do not want to burden yourself with the laundry load, you can take advantage of our high quality linens offer, at a lower rental rate than the dry cleaners:

- Rooms with 1 double bed: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 1 bolster case, 2 bath sheets, 4 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 bath mats .

- Rooms with 2 single beds: 4 sheets, 2 pillowcases 'pillow, 2 bath sheets, 4 hand towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 bath mats .

The rate is 60e per room, valid for 1 or 2 weeks, except change on your request .

The supply of linen for babies (sheets and towels) you will be offered .

The beds will be made by us.

END OF STAY CLEANING CHARGE:
Given the difficulty in finding staff on Saturdays, and to ensure that you find the house in perfect condition upon your arrival, we have been forced to make a cleaning fee of 100 Euros, to be paid separately.

The site of Grenettes, very protected, is located in a wooded area between the villages of Sainte-Marie and Bois-Plage .

Between the pine forest and the dune, it is the last property before the beach. The Quereux du Fond des Grenettes is aptly named and is only used by 2 or 3 residents. On the other side of the house, a small sand path will guide you to the beach, a few tens of meters away ...
