You will fully enjoy the joys of the Ile de Re with easy access to the heart of the village, its market and shops on one side, while on the other side you will be a short 10-minute walk from La Vette beach.
Loix's location in the center of the island allows you to explore thanks to the numerous cycle paths that take you to discover the magnificent marshes of Loix and the other surrounding villages.
The bridge to the Ile de Re is 30 minutes away, and it takes just over an hour to reach La Rochelle train station. A shuttle service (the Rebus) provides a connection between the train station and Loix and the train station.
