Inhabited all year round by a family of entrepreneurs, rarely rented, it delights vacationers who are looking for an experience of rest and great comfort.

Oriented due south, a stone's throw from the shops, it is perfectly quiet and not overlooked. vis.

The house designed by two architects is equipped with designer furniture, high-end appliances and all the equipment expected in a large, comfortable house. The house was noted by the Ile de Re Habitat magazine (2015 edition).

Around the 10x3 swimming pool, heated and secured by a roller shutter, comfortable sunbathing on a large terrace awaits vacationers and bathers, for their greatest pleasure.

The house is fully equipped with interior and exterior furniture, top-of-the-range appliances. It has a heated swimming pool with salt treatment, closed parking for two cars and a large bicycle shed.

The rental is carried out by the week and in principle from SUNDAY to SUNDAY for the comfort of our guests. Possibility to rent from Saturday to Saturday according to the reservation calendar.

Price per week including tourist taxes, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation, the balance is payable 1 months before arrival.
