This rental is located in a small housing estate, in the very centre of Saint Martin de Re.
It consists of a ground floor which leads to a living room with lounge area, dining area and kitchen; a toilet and a pantry.
On the first floor, the landing leads to a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm - new bedding), a bedroom with three single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
As soon as the weather is nice, you can enjoy the garden.
Two private parking spaces are located in front of the house.
Bicycles can be safely parked in the garden, thanks to a gate providing access.
