All rooms in this welcoming villa lead to a pleasant, south-east-facing garden, not overlooked and enclosed by walls.
During the day, you can enjoy a very bright 70 m2 living space, including two leather sofas, a flat-screen TV (internet TV), a large table with 6 seats and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, American fridge with cold water/ice/crushed ice dispenser, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, toaster and kettle).
The large central worktop of this kitchen will allow you to share meals or a friendly drink overlooking the pool.
You can also enjoy swimming while being free from the smell of chlorine and red eyes, thanks to a private 8x4 meter swimming pool, secured by an alarm and heated from mid-May to mid-September or early May and late September depending on the outside temperatures (water treatment by electrosalt).
Once out of the water, deckchairs and a hammock will be waiting for you, unless you prefer to cook on the barbecue and eat around the pool (charcoal barbecue and plancha).
To relax even more, books and games (board and outdoor), a ping-pong table are available.
To ensure pleasant nights, three quiet bedrooms will welcome you:
- a master bedroom (160x200 bed) with dressing room and elegantly decorated adjoining bathroom, including an "eagle paw" bathtub, a vanity unit and a walk-in shower,
- a bedroom with a bathroom including a sink and a walk-in shower, offering a single or double bed on the ground floor as well as an attic space with a 140x200 double bed,
- a bedroom-office with a relaxation area on the ground floor and an attic space including a double bed 140x200 and a bed 90x190.
For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival and are just waiting for you.
In addition, towels, kitchen towels, and shower gel are provided, as is a hairdryer.
Finally, you will have two toilets and a pantry, as well as a large capacity washer-dryer, a clothes dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a raclette machine, baby necessities (travel cot with extra mattress, high chair, bathtub, deckchair, bottle drainer, bathrobe) and cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, etc.)
Wi-Fi (Fiber) is accessible throughout the house.
