Just minutes from the beaches and the ocean, and opposite the cycle paths, the house is ideal for alternating days at the beach, exploring Île de Ré by bike, enjoying aperitifs by the pool, and summer evenings on the terrace.

The house can comfortably accommodate families and groups wishing to enjoy a peaceful and friendly stay in a warm setting.

A true holiday home:

In the morning, enjoy your coffee in the sun while the children play in the garden.
During the day, enjoy a spacious and bright 70 m² living area including two leather sofas, a smart TV, and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Equipped.
The large central island allows you to share meals and convivial moments overlooking the pool.

After a day at the beach or cycling, gather around the pool for an aperitif or dinner on the terrace in a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere.

Outside, the private 904 m² heated pool awaits you, heated from mid-May to mid-September, until September 20, 2026, and longer if the weather permits.
Treated by salt electrolysis, without harsh chlorine, it allows you to enjoy pleasant and comfortable water throughout the season. It is secured by a perimeter alarm. After swimming, relax on the sun loungers, in the hammock, or enjoy meals on the terrace around the Weber barbecue and gas griddle. Board games, books, outdoor games, and a ping-pong table are also available for all ages. The house has three quiet and comfortable bedrooms: • a master suite with a 160x200cm bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and sink; • a bedroom with a private shower room, single or double sleeping space on the ground floor, and an attic area with a 140x200cm double bed; • a bedroom/office with a relaxation area and mezzanine, including a 140x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed. For your comfort: • Beds are made upon arrival; Towels, tea towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided; • Wi-Fi is available throughout the house; • Air conditioning; • A washer-dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and baby equipment are available.
