A security deposit of 3600 Euros (three thousand six hundred euros) will be requested in addition to the balance at the start of the rental. This security deposit will be returned to you after your departure, deducting any possible damage or the cost of repairing the premises.
The deposit of 1,800 Euros (one thousand five hundred euros) to be paid by bank check, cash or transfer to the order of owner.
In the event of confinement, declared by the Prefecture of Charente-Maritime or the Government, as during the Covid period, before the start of the rental; this may be declared canceled without any costs and the deposit or rental deposit will be refunded.
