from July 27 to August 3: 2240 euros instead of 2800 euros or 560 euros reduction
AUGUST
from August 3 to 17 2800 euros already reserved for rental before April 12 without reduction
4th week from August 17 to 24: 2000 euros instead of 2500 euros or 500 euros reduction
5th week from August 24 to 31: 1840 euros instead of 2300 euros or 460 euros reduction
Mid and low season: September to June 1680 euros per week instead of 2100 euros, i.e. 420 euros reduction
(unless an electricity or water quota is exceeded, in this case we reserve the possibility of charging surpluses which are not within the usual usage standards) per week.
Deposit and a deposit check are requested at the time of signing the rental contract. Or 25% of the rental amount for the Deposit and 20% of the rental amount for the deposit.
The tourist tax per number of adult people and day is in addition to the price mentioned.
Household linen (bed sheets, towels, and tea towel) is not provided - You can either bring them or rent them (see offer below).
Bikes are not provided, you can rent them in the village.
We prefer if you can do the end-of-stay cleaning (if you think you can do it because you need to allow enough time), otherwise you will be charged an additional 200 euros for the cleaning by a housekeeper.
A new person at the Fleet is offering, as it begins this year, a package of 100 euros for the following set of linen rental for our house whatever the length of your stay: 4 duvet covers, 4 bottom sheets and 8 bed covers pillow for the 4 beds, 8 large towels (shower), 8 small towels (hand towels) and 8 large towels (pool) and 8 tea towels.
