A deposit and a security deposit (by bank transfer or check) are required upon signing the rental agreement. A deposit of 25% of the rental amount and a security deposit of 20% are required. Payment can be made by bank transfer, check, or cash. The security deposit and balance are due one week prior to arrival or on the day of arrival. A tourist tax per adult per day is charged in addition to the listed price. The tourist tax for August 2024 is €1.65 per adult per night. Linens (bed sheets, towels, and kitchen towels) are not provided. You can either bring your own or rent them (see offer below). You are welcome to clean the property yourself at the end of your stay; otherwise, a cleaning service will be charged at an additional cost of €200. A new owner in La Flotte, starting this year, is offering a €100 package for the following linen rental for our house, regardless of the length of your stay: 4 duvet covers, 4 fitted sheets, and 8 pillowcases for the 4 beds; 8 large bath towels, 8 small hand towels, 8 large pool towels, and 8 tea towels. We will provide their contact information if you wish to rent the house and are interested in the linen rental. Alternatively, a package of 4 top sheets is available for €110 in addition to the above. We require holiday insurance covering the address and rental dates, or civil liability insurance. We request the use of an eco-friendly mineral sunscreen to avoid damaging the pool liner. Thank you in advance for your consideration. We can, if necessary, schedule an appointment with us or a tradesperson to make any improvements for you and/or the next tenants. This is rarely necessary but can happen. We reserve the right to access the garage, which is not rented and has a separate entrance. We ask that you replace the chlorine tablets when they are almost dissolved and water the flowers (if you do not wish to water the flowers, for example, please let us know so we can do it).
