A deposit and a security check are required at the time of signing the rental contract. Either 25% of the rental amount for the deposit and 20% of the rental amount for the security deposit. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash.
The tourist tax per number of adults and day is in addition to the price mentioned. The tourist tax for August 2024 is 1.65 euros per adult per night.
Household linen (bed sheets, towels, and tea towel) is not provided - You can either bring them or rent them (see offer below).
You can do the end-of-stay cleaning, otherwise the package by a cleaning lady will be charged 200 euros in addition.
A new person at La Flotte is offering, starting this year, a 100 euro package for the following linen rental set for our house regardless of the length of your stay: 4 duvet covers, 4 bottom sheets and 8 pillowcases for the 4 beds, 8 large towels (shower), 8 small towels (hand) and 8 large towels (pool) and 8 tea towels. We will give you their contact details if you wish to rent the house and if you are interested in linen rental. Or a 110 euro package for 4 top sheets in addition to the set mentioned above.
We require holiday insurance regarding the address and rental dates or civil liability.
