It can comfortably accommodate up to six people and is a perfect starting point for exploring the Île de Ré and, more specifically, the town of La Flotte, renowned for its port, market, and authentic character.
The house opens onto a covered entrance that serves as the entrance to the property and provides direct access to the living areas and the garden. You will discover a welcoming space comprising a kitchen open to the living and dining room, offering a pleasant area for sharing relaxing moments.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single bunk beds.
The house includes a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. A second bathroom is available in a room that also serves as a laundry area with a washing machine and cleaning equipment, and it provides direct access to the garden. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with a terrace, ideal for meals and relaxation. There you will find a barbecue, garden furniture, a parasol, and two sun loungers to fully enjoy sunny days. For parking, it is possible to park your vehicle in front of the house or along the street. However, it is important to note that these spaces are not private. This comfortable and welcoming house is perfect for enjoying the tranquility of Île de Ré while being close to the activities, beaches, and unique charm of La Flotte.

Generally, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm, and departures are from 8 am to 10 am. For any arrival or departure before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies: From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50; From 10:00 PM to Midnight - €80; From Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100; From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70
