Studio for two people with a 30m² patio shaded by pine trees, on the ground floor of the owner's house. It has its own private entrance and is equipped with a double bed (140cm, not a sofa bed), a comfortable kitchenette, a shower room, and a toilet. The 30m² patio includes a BBQ and bicycle storage. Private parking is available on the property, and street parking is readily available (quiet area, little traffic even in summer). WiFi is provided. The studio was rated "one star" in 2020. The ground-floor studio "PITCHOUNET" is located in a quiet pine forest in Rivedoux-Plage, on the north coast of Île de Ré, 160 meters from the sea, 500 meters from the port and the nearest shops, and 1200 meters from the market. This well-maintained, ground-floor studio has its own private outdoor space (approximately 30m²) with good sun exposure, a bicycle shelter, and a BBQ.
