- from Sunday August 24 to Sunday August 31: 1000Euros
- from August 31 to September 21: 800Euros

The house is very well located: quiet, 50m from all shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, doctor, daily walk in summer, halls ...) and 2 steps from beaches: Gollandieres beach at 700 m, (a the most beautiful beaches of the island, monitored in summer, with a beach club for children), beach Petit Sergent 600m, beach Gros Jonc with all water activities 10 minutes by bike. Not to mention the bike paths leading to Saint Martin (2.5km), La Couarde (2.5km) and all the other villages of the island; rental of bicycles, windsurfers, kitesurfs etc ..
