Unique, the villa overlooks the Martray beach directly at the end of the garden. Waterfront family house in the hamlet of Martray 10 minutes by road or cycle path from the charming village of Ars en Re. The house can accommodate 12 people in 5 bedrooms, one of which is under the roof.
The property is organized around a small outdoor patio which links 2 houses, a 3 double bedroom house (sleeps 6) and a 2 bedroom house (sleeps 6), perfect for large families and or groups of friends.

It is possible to rent Villa Moana for a weekend of 2, 3 or 4 days in low and mid season. Please communicate the number of people over 16 when requesting information.
A deposit transfer is required to confirm the reservation, the balance is due one month before the rental.
The deposit is 700Euros.
Arrivals are typically on Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and departures on Saturdays before 11 a.m. in high season and school holidays. This is more flexible in the middle and low season.
