A rental contract, accompanied of the detailed inventory confirms the reservation.
A deposit of 50% of the price is requested by check or bank transfer.
The balance being paid upon delivery of the keys as is the deposit.

Close to the port, Son Fier, the market, shops in general, free parking. The cycle paths are immediately accessible. The beaches are within cycling distance as are tennis, horse riding, fishing, salt marshes, cinema, restaurants, town hall, church etc.
