Conditions of reservation and prices: mail or telephone

- July and August: 1050 to 1150 euros the following week period

- Off season: 500 to 600 euros the following week period

- Water-electricity package: 30 euros per week (NOT included in the price)

- Household package INCLUDED in the rent IF the house is returned in the state upon your arrival. In the opposite case a flat rate can be asked for: 4 hours x 19 euros or 76 euros

- Tourist tax: 0.92 euros per day and per person

- 50% deposit to the reservation (balance at the delivery of keys)

- Deposit: 1000 euros not cashable (at the delivery of keys)

- ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: The rental is from Saturday 15 hours to Saturday 10 am

Maurage end of stay INCLUDED (within the limit the house is returned in the state it was on arrival at the premises)
A housekeeper is responsible between each shift and your departure from the change of bedding, cleaning the bathroom, shower room water, toilet, kitchen, as well as the rooms and the rest of the house .
